The It Factor Productions CEO Alycia Kaback is nothing but grateful:

“I can’t believe 6 years ago I knew nothing about NYC or even Broadway. I took a chance, took advice from wonderful people and not only did this girl get to the Tony’s last night, but is now part of a show that won the Tony Award for Best Play that was up against Tom Hanks. What’s next? Thank u to all of my mentors, especially Pat Addiss. For believing in me and offering me the most amazing opportunities and convincing me to take chances!”  Alycia Kaback and Pat Addiss are pictured below at the Tony Awards.

Alycia views this as just the beginning of her producing career and is planning to back several upcoming shows as well.  Details will soon be announced.
